Pro Guide SAS (in formation) is committed to protecting your privacy in full compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés / CNIL).
1. Data controller and EU data residency
The data controller during this pre-incorporation phase is Long PHAM, Founder of Pro Guide SAS (in formation).

All servers, databases and system backups are hosted strictly within the European Union.
2. Data minimisation
We collect only essential technical and identity data:
- Identity data — name, email address, language preference and authentication tokens (for example Magic Links).
- Financial data — payment processing is handled entirely by certified third parties (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never store payment card details on our servers.
- Usage data — basic interaction logs used to personalise your AI Concierge recommendations.
3. Hyper Live protocol: zero-logging and zero-trace
Confidential consultations inside Hyper Live operate under a strict hardware and memory-level protocol:
- Zero-logging / zero-trace — no audio, video or chat logs are created or stored on our servers.
- Ephemeral memory (RAM only) — shared documents and investment teasers exist strictly in volatile memory during the active call and vanish permanently on disconnection.
- Anti-screenshot shield — operating-system level screen shielding prevents unauthorised screen capture or recording.
4. Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, rectify or request the erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to request data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@proguide.cloud. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
5. Account deletion
You can erase your account at any time under GDPR Article 17. The steps and the erasure timeline are set out in our Delete Account Policy.
